Are you a growing PR & Marketing professional with a passion for brands, storytelling and hospitality? We’re looking for a PR & Marketing Executive to join our UK team at PPHE Hotel Group, supporting some of the most exciting hotel, restaurant and lifestyle brands.

The Role:

Working closely with the PR & Marketing Manager UK and the wider UK PR & Marketing team, you’ll play a key role in coordinating and delivering our UK‑wide marketing and public relations activity. From media and influencer relations to digital, social, partnerships and on‑property initiatives, you’ll help bring our regional strategies to life across multiple channels and audiences.

Key PR & Marketing Executive Job responsibilities:

  • Support in setting annual goals, tracking progress and presenting results
  • Help maintain and deliver the region’s rolling 90‑day PR & Marketing plans
  • Track, communicate and report on PR & Marketing performance and activity
  • Respond to and coordinate influencer, media stay and filming enquiries
  • Support photoshoots, filming and content creation across hotels, restaurants and bars
  • Provide ideas and content for all channels, including social media, blogs, magazines and ParkPlazaMoments site
  • Manage and update imagery on ICE Portal, shared drives and all relevant platforms
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day hotel and sales marketing activity i.e collateral, presentations, ESG initiatives and digital updates
  • Update and audit Radisson, hotel and standalone restaurant websites
  • Participate in partner meetings and communicate regional messaging to key stakeholders
  • Work with the wider Marketing Team to ensure activity aligns with brand strategy/standards
  • Support the Restaurant & Bars Marketing Team and Digital Experience team on initiatives
  • Provide ad‑hoc support to hotels and regional teams as needed

What we’d like to see from you:

  • Previous experience in PR, marketing or communications (ideally within hospitality, lifestyle or consumer brands)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A confident communicator
  • Creative, proactive and full of ideas, with a keen eye for detail
