- Design engaging digital and face‑to‑face learning with subject matter experts.
- Develop bespoke programmes and partner with external providers when needed.
- Manage and improve learning platforms, including the LMS, and support colleagues in using them.
- Develop AI generated learning and content creation.
- Source and manage suppliers for off‑the‑shelf content, assessments and tools.
- Evaluate programme effectiveness and continuously improve the learner experience.
- Embed brand and service standards into all learning solutions.
- Gather feedback and identify improvements to service delivery and engagement.
- Role model PPHE values and positive leadership behaviours.
- Partner closely with HR, Guest Experience, Finance, Commercial and other key teams.
- Experience designing blended learning solutions.
- Experience with AI generated learning or psychometrics
- Ability to ensure learning translates into measurable impact on skills, performance and key KPIs.
- Hospitality, Retail or similar industry background, understanding how to tailor learning principles to deskless workers.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
