  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and able to connect with others
  • You manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
  • You will be responsible for a smooth check in and check out process as well as taking ownership in making the guests’ stay memorable
  • You will handle administrative tasks which will to be handled throughout the shift
  • You possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills
