In-Room Dining (Room Service) Minibar Attendant job opening for art’otel Battersea Power Station

As our In-Room Dining (Room Service) Minibar Attendant, you will receive:
- Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from £12.21 (minimum contracted rate) to £16 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked – inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance

We are looking for our In-Room Dining (Room Service) Minibar Attendant, who:
- Replenishes minibars in guest bedrooms according to standard inventory levels
- Monitors expiration dates and replaces expired or damaged items
- Conducts regular inventory checks and reports shortages to management
- Accurately records minibar consumption in the hotel’s system
- Passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations
- Report any discrepancies, technical issues, or guest complaints to the appropriate department

- Has previous experience in the hotel’s In-Room Dining (Room Service)
