As our Guest Host, you will receive:
- Salary: £12.65 per hour plus great benefits

As a Master of your Craft, you will…
- Create a welcoming and guest responsive atmosphere with personalised service having an eye for detail and responding appropriately to guest and leadership feedback.
- Manage lobby and reception queues with efficiency and grace.
- Support porters with luggage handling and delivery when needed.
- Bring A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable moments.
- Enjoy collaborating with other departments
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and able to connect with others
- Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
- Who possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills
- Be available on Friday and Saturday
