The Brush is an all-day Grand Cafe, Lounge and Cocktail Bar taking inspiration from some of the best dishes & drinks across Europe.
We are seeking an extraordinary Head Bartender, an epitome of ambition and dedication, driven to deliver service that leaves hearts aflutter. You will be dedicated and passionate about leading the team by example.

As our Head Bartender, you will receive:
- Salary: £14.04 per hour plus generous TRONC (Up to £16.50/hr inclusive of TRONC)

We are looking for our Head Bartender, who:
- Have experience leading a large team in a high-performance operation.
- Inspires, coaches and mentors Bartenders and Barbacks
- Leads by example, enthusing your team by sharing your passion for brilliant food & drink and outstanding customer service
- You will be passionate and highly motivated, with the ability to inspire your team
- Can work in shifts on a Rota basis, including closing shifts

- Has worked previously as a Bar Team Leader / Bar Supervisor or Senior/Head Bartender in a hotel/restaurant environment
