JOIA at art’otel Battersea Power Station Hotel is the first London restaurant by award-winning two Michelin-starred Portuguese chef, Henrique Sá Pessoa and is inspired by Henrique’s culinary heritage and travels across the Portuguese Iberian Peninsula.

Your journey so far …
We are looking for our Barback who has a passion and skill set for delivering exceptional service. Ideally, you will have experience working in high-volume restaurants and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while delivering a memorable guest experience.
We want JOIA to be the most talked-about Restaurant around London.
As our Barback, you will receive:
- Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from £12.21 (minimum contracted rate) to £15.50 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked – inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance

As our Barback, you:
- Take pride in exceeding guests' expectations and be able to anticipate guests' needs and deliver a memorable experience
- Be a passionate and highly motivated Team player with the ability to inspire your team
- Have experience building productive relationships with colleagues within the bar/lounge and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience.
- Will provide support to the bar team and be responsible for bar prep, stock and cleaning duties
- Should have previous experience working as a Barback
