We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor:
- Who will ensure an efficient operation on the shift, take responsibility for team briefings
- Who will focus on checking guest bedrooms and public areas to ensure that high standards of cleanliness are maintained
- Who will supervise, mentor and develop the Room Attendants assigned to their section
- Who will empower the team to be more involved in the guest experience
- Who will listen to the needs of guests and other team members and adapt to meet them
- Who has a courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members
