Spa Host – art’otel Hoxton
We're recruiting for a Spa Host for our fantastic art'otel Hoxton team. Long revered as London’s effortlessly cool cultural core, Hoxton’s hip new resident has hit the scene. The 26-floor art’otel Hoxton has a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals, with 357 guest bedrooms and suites, 10 Meetings and Events spaces, a lounge, gym, The Brush Grande Café and the Spa!
As our Spa Host you will receive:
- Salary: Base £13.50 per hour + Incentive + Excellent Benefits

As a master of your craft, you will…
- Greet all our guests warmly when they arrive, giving them a friendly, professional welcome.
- Take care of guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently, as well as handling bookings, payments and cancellations.
- Confidently give guests tours of the spa facilities and explain the services and treatments available.
- Answer our phones and respond to emails and online enquiries quickly and courteously.
- Schedule appointments and manage the spa booking system to make sure scheduling is efficient and manageable, and our guests are happy well cared for.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or issues quickly and brilliantly, escalating to management when necessary.
