We are recruiting for a Luggage Porter (20 hrs) for one of the Coolest Hotel in Hoxton! Long revered as London’s effortlessly cool cultural core. The 26-floor art’otel Hoxton promises a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals preserved and on public display. With 357 guest rooms and suites, a lounge, gym and two destination restaurants.
As our Luggage Porter, you will receive:
- Salary: £12.65 per hour plus great benefits

- Create a welcoming and guest responsive atmosphere with personalised service having an eye for detail and responding appropriately to guest and leadership feedback.
- Enjoy collaborating with other departments
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and able to connect with others
- Performing doorperson duties when required/scheduled by being the first point of contact for all guests entering the building.
- Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
- Who possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills
