Guest Experience Host
We are recruiting for a Guest Experience Host for one of the Coolest Hotel in Hoxton! Long revered as London’s effortlessly cool cultural core, Hoxton’s hip new resident is about to hit the scene. The 26-floor art’otel Hoxton promises a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals preserved and on public display. With 357 guest rooms and suites, a lounge, a gym, and two destination restaurants.
As our Guest Experience Host, you will receive:
- Salary: £13.48 per hour plus great benefits

As a Master of your Craft, you will…
- Take pride in ensuring our guests have a seamless experience through face to face, telephone and email communications
- Be the first point of contact for our long-stay guests, meet and greet, and regularly check in.
- Strive to provide the best service possible with every interaction with our guests from check-ins to simply answering the phone
- Have a good Knowledge of the Hoxton/Shoreditch area.
- Have a strong work ethic and will be well-presented and personable
- Enjoy collaborating with other departments
