Breakfast Sous Chef - Holmes Hotel

As a Breakfast Sous Chef, you will receive:

The ideal candidate for the Breakfast Sous Chef role will:

  • Be fanatical about standards and genuinely care about the quality of the food they prepare
  • Be strong on a la carte breakfast service
  • Build excellent relationships with kitchen and front-of-house team members to keep everything running smoothly

  • Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant
