The friendly face of the 118-bedroom Holmes Hotel, as our Breakfast Waiter/Waitress, you will do more than just welcome our guests. With your flair and passion for delivering exceptional service, you will be someone who ensures to deliver a memorable experience for every guest.
As our Breakfast Waiter/Waitress, you will receive:
- Salary: £13.04 per hour plus generous TRONC (Up to £14.50 per hour inclusive of TRONC)

We are looking for our Breakfast Waiter/Waitress, who:
- Takes orders and delivers food & drinks in an efficient and friendly manner
- Has experience in À la carte service and basic skills of Barista
- Ensures our Breakfast operation runs smoothly, delivering memorable experiences
- Is passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations
- Is fully flexible in the early morning hours to start from 5:30 am
- Has previous experience as a Breakfast Waiter/Waitress, preferably with a-la-carte menu
