- Have the ability to assist and guide team members on an ad hoc basis
- Knowledge of a Hotel 90 Day Plan, ensuring agreed targets and projects are met within the agreed timescales
- Complete weekly HOD report
- Be able to support the Heads of Departments to actively recruit, screen and follow Company Procedures to attract qualified candidates for vacancies
- Pro-actively promote the art'otel Blueprint throughout the hotel, ensuring all activities contribute to achieving the desired working climate
- Support the HODs in conducting investigation meetings and disciplinary hearings and ensures any correspondence is completed and issued within departmental deadlines
- Ensure compliance with hotel Human Resources guidelines, policies, and procedures, as well as employment law, rules, and regulations
- Be flexible in dealing with multiple HR Administration tasks as given to you by your line Manager
