Our guests come to us for something that goes beyond their usual hotel expectations, so we’re looking for a PR & Marketing Manager, who will take a leadership role to set up a coherent PR & marketing strategy, to deliver and ensure the success of the Hotel, Restaurant, Bar, Art Gallery & Events with tangible results through public relations, marketing, events, partnerships, content, brand initiatives and advertising.

In your role as art’otel Rome Piazza Sallustio’s PR & Marketing Manager, you’ll discuss and agree some key objectives with your line manager. These objectives are designed to support your department’s goals and priorities. You’ll also take responsibility for your own development, embracing training opportunities that we offer, while learning from any challenges and mistakes along the way.  

How you do it:

  • You’ll coordinate, plan and deliver the full hotel 90-day plans alongside the wider regional commercial team.  
  • You’ll be responsible for the development of photo, video and 360 views products including lifestyle shoots, liaising with regional marketing and hotel teams. 
  • You’ll manage destination restaurant & bars marketing and PR activity & events with support from the central Restaurant & Bar team, and provide overall support when needed to the hotels and or regional teams.  
  • You’ll get creative together with PR agencies to ensure our hotels, restaurants, bars, and event spaces are much talked about by press, influencers, locals and key feeder markets. And proactively approach, respond to, coordinate, track and report on media visits and filming enquiries.. Using & building your little black book too!  
  • You’ll establish relevant partnerships, events & exhibition programming with exciting partners to boost hotel awareness and art brand positioning. You’ll work with such partners to establish an art’beat cultural program of events across the hotel with events for guests & locals around the pillars of art & culture, health & wellbeing, lifestyle & entertainment and food & drink.  
  • Based on hotel, outlet, art, events business needs, you’ll utilise the support of central commercial support functions to increase awareness or conversion through targeted paid media and other marketing activity.  
  • You’ll work closely together with the Brand, Digital & Content teams to make sure that all content on eg brand website and social media channels are up-to-date and on brand and promoting all Rome activities.  
  • You’ll identify commercial initiatives and opportunities which will drive exposure, bookings and covers for the hotel and outlets. Liaise with the Sales, Meetings & Revenue Team, to support commercials goals of hotels.  
  • You’ll own the image libraries and Content Matrices, oversee and manage the updates of hotel, restaurant, bars and other relevant channels, online platforms and listings with current content, links and promotions and ensure these are kept refreshed with new imagery and content whenever necessary.  
  • You’ll support the Digital Experience team with current and new initiatives to drive guest experience. 
  • You’ll be responsible for establishing good relationships with international hotels and support offices to ensure brand compliance and consistency and get support where needed.  
  • You’ll be responsible for supporting the hotel, outlets, gallery & meetings & event with collateral required. 
  • You’ll assist the initiation and execution of brand awareness and tactical campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive revenue for the hotels.  
  • You will act as a liaison between all departments to effectively communicate the hotel happenings across all communications channels both internal and external.  
  • Together with central support functions, you’ll establish a good working relationship with Radisson Hotel Group to identity and make use of marketing & pr opportunities.  
  • You’ll be ready to build (or have established) a strong network with all relevant local parties, partners, brands, local communities and agencies to be a local ambassador of the art’otel brand.  
  • Ensure all local activations are aligned with art’otel brand guidelines and strategy and brand wide content and promotions.  
  • You’ll actively participate in Marketing, PR, Commercial and Operational meetings where required.  
  • You’ll be the key point of contact to coordinate PR & marketing opportunities with key third party partners and report, track activity and communicate results for all relevant campaigns and initiatives.   
  • You’ll take your cues from the guidance and instructions given by your leadership team. You’ll also be backed up by PPHE’s standard operating procedures.  
What you bring:
  • You’ll set up coherent marketing strategies, to deliver and ensure the success of the Hotel. 
  • You’ll have a solid understanding of PR & Marketing activities. 
  • You’re a leader, supervising and supporting all the departments in relation to Marketing strategies. 
  • You’re confident in creating strong links with all our hotel’s departments to help you make sure all objectives are achieved.  
  • You’ll prioritise projects to ensure deadlines are being met and projects are delivered within budget.
