We are looking for a Head Housekeeping Porter who will: 

• Ensure an efficient operation on the shift, take responsibility for team briefings
• Focus on ensuring all stock controls in the pantries, including linen and cleaning material to the outlined stock levels on the floors
• Have the ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Supervise, mentor and develop the housekeeping porters
• Empower the team to be more involved in the guest experience
• Listen to the needs of guests and other team members and adapt to meet them
• Have a courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members
• Share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
