We are currently offering Management Internship opportunities from September 2026 across multiple hotels and regional and corporate offices:

Internship Opportunities

·       Food & Beverage Management Internship

·       Front Office Management Internship

·       Housekeeping Management Internship

·       Groups, Meetings & Events Sales Management Internship

·       Restaurant & Bar Management Internship

·       Human Resources Management Internship

As a Management Intern, you will support departmental leaders with daily operations, projects and strategic initiatives while gaining exposure to hotel and corporate management practices.

The internship starts in September or October 2026 for a period of 5 or 6 months.

Responsibilities

·       Depending on your chosen department, you will:

·       Support managers with daily operational and administrative activities

·       Assist with planning, reporting and departmental projects

·       Contribute to service excellence and guest satisfaction initiatives

·       Analyse operational performance and identify improvement opportunities

·       Collaborate with colleagues across departments and hotel locations

·       Develop leadership, communication and organisational skills

·       Participate in meetings, training sessions and business reviews

·       Gain exposure to hospitality management within an international organisation

·       Department-Specific Exposure

Essential Requirements

·       Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field

·       Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)

·       Passion for hospitality and people

·       Strong organisational and administrative skills

·       Positive, professional and proactive attitude

·       Eager to learn and develop management capabilities

·       Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands

Preferred Requirements

·       Previous hospitality, customer service or office experience is an advantage

·       Interest in building a management career within hospitality

·       Dutch or additional language skills are a plus

·       Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
