- Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture, managing complex cases with confidence and fairness
- Embed P&C strategy to drive engagement, retention, and performance
- Deliver exceptional onboarding and workforce planning and drive learning, development, and succession planning
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations and performance management
- Oversee end-to-end payroll (Zucchetti) with accuracy and compliance
- Ensure adherence to Italian labour law & CCNL
- Partner with Finance and leadership on labour cost control and budgeting
- Support compensation, benefits, and recognition programmes
- A hands-on mindset with strong ownership and energy
- Confidence influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Solid experience in HR management within hospitality (Italy preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Italian labour law & CCNL
- Experience with HR systems (Zucchetti is a plus)
- Fluent Italian & English
