- Drive employee engagement - help managers with actionable plans informed by survey insights.
- Advise managers on employee relations casework in line with our Resolution Policy, collaborating with HR colleagues where needed.
- Champion wellbeing initiatives, ensuring team member wellbeing is monitored and supported.
- Support performance management activities, including biannual talent reviews, data analysis, and workforce planning.
- Partner with stakeholders on key change management initiatives.
- Work with managers and Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding standards, contributing to regional initiatives as required.
- Play a key role in delivering the annual and quarterly People Plan across the cluster of lifestyle hotels in line with our HR Delivery Model.
- Extensive experience in Employee Relations
- Clear examples of coaching managers through HR related processes
- You'll be comfortable taking initiative and offering honest, constructive feedback to managers to ensure the right outcomes for our people.
