F&B Team Leader

At Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport, our Food & Beverage operation is all about energy, connection, and delivering memorable experiences. We’re looking for a F&B Team Leader who enjoys being on the floor, leading by example, and supporting the team during both calm and high-volume moments. This is a great opportunity for a hospitality professional ready to take the next step in a dynamic hotel environment.

As F&B Team Leader, you’ll be actively involved in daily operations while supporting and motivating the team to deliver consistent, high-quality service across outlets and events.

• Lead and support daily service in the restaurant, bar, breakfast and banqueting

• Act as the first point of contact on shift for the F&B team

• Ensure service standards, guest experience and presentation are consistently met

• Support new team members through onboarding and on-the-job coaching

• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth service flow

• Assist with shift planning, handovers and operational communication

• Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and operational procedures

• Step in where needed and remain flexible across service styles and volumes

• Have previous experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a hotel or high-volume environment

• Are ready to take a first or next step into a leadership role

• Enjoy being operational and leading from the floor

• Stay calm, organised and positive during busy services

• Take pride in teamwork, structure and guest satisfaction

• Communicate confidently in English (Dutch is an advantage)
