As a spontaneous and welcoming Front Office Host(ess), you:
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and able to connect with others
- Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
- Will be responsible for a smooth check in and check out process as well as taking ownership in making the guests’ stay memorable
- Possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills
