- Support senior leadership in defining service standards, tone of voice and the overall workspace experience within the art’otel brand
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and SOPs
- Design member journeys, hospitality touchpoints and community programming
- Work closely with project and design teams during build and fit out
- Support the selection and set up of workspace systems
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and training of front of house and community teams ahead of opening
- Support soft opening activity, operational trials and launch readiness
- Ensure the smooth, efficient and personalised day to day running of the workspace
- Lead community engagement, events and relationship building initiatives
- Act as the main escalation point for member feedback, issues and service recovery
- Manage reception, community and support teams
- Rota planning, performance management and ongoing training
- Build a strong, service led team culture aligned with hospitality values
- Maintain premium presentation, cleanliness, safety and compliance across all workspace areas
- Manage planned and reactive maintenance
- Support sales activity through show space readiness and member tours
- Work closely with the sales team and hotel F&B teams to enhance commercial performance
- Manage operational budgets, support procurement
- Track utilisation, performance trends and feedback to drive continuous improvement
