Chef de Partie - JOIA Battersea
We are hiring a Chef de Partie to join our team at JOIA, a stunning restaurant, bar and rooftop located on the 14th, 15th and 16th floor of art‘otel Battersea with iconic views overlooking Battersea Power Station.
Conceptualised by two Michelin starred Portuguese chef Henrique Sa Pessoa, JOIA will celebrate dishes showcasing Henrique’s vibrant, unique and fresh take on traditional dishes using the best of British and Iberian produce sourced locally.
Your journey so far …
We are looking for a Chef de Partie who has a passion and skill set for exceptional quality food. Ideally you will have experience working in fine dining restaurants and will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment while delivering memorable plates of food.
We want JOIA to be the most talked about restaurants around London. As Chef de Partie we want you to bring a WOW factor and deliver some Instagramable moments. You will be someone who is very passionate and treats everything they do as a piece of art.
As our Chef De Partie, you will receive:
- Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from £14.02 (minimum contracted rate) to £17.50 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked – inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance
