The Brush is an all-day Grand Cafe, Lounge and Cocktail Bar taking inspiration from some of the best dishes & drinks across Europe.
We are seeking an extraordinary Barback for our The Brush Grand Cafe, an epitome of ambition and dedication, driven to deliver service that leaves hearts aflutter.
If you possess the finesse honed in bustling high-volume eateries and thrive in the whirlwind of a fast-paced environment, where dreams become a reality and memories are etched in gold, then this is your calling.

As our Barback:
- Take pride in exceeding guests' expectations and be able to anticipate guests' needs and deliver a memorable experience
- Be a passionate and highly motivated Team player with the ability to inspire your team
- Have experience building productive relationships with colleagues within the bar/lounge and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience.
- Will provide support to the bar team and be responsible for bar prep, stock and cleaning duties
