Are you the perfect match?
- You have experience in a similar front office role
- Ideally, you have Opera Cloud experience
- You’re flexible to work AM and PM shifts (mostly PM), and night shifts when needed (e.g. sickness, holidays)
- You handle check-ins, requests, and guest interactions with care, patience, and a smile
- You’re fluent in English
- You’re friendly, approachable, fun, and professional
- You live and breathe hospitality
