We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Executive Host/Hostess to join the opening team of what’s set to become one of Hoxton’s most talked-about culinary destinations in 2025.
Located on the 25th floor of the stunning art’otel London Hoxton, this new restaurant led by Michelin-starred chef Kenny Atkinson features a 70-cover dining space and a 110-cover cocktail bar, offering breathtaking 360° panoramic views of London’s skyline.
The menu celebrates the vibrant flavours of Southern French and Mediterranean cuisine - sunshine food for the soul.
Additionally, the position works in partnership with the Sales team to identify and cultivate relationships with VIPs, group bookings, business partners, and corporate clients, fostering long-term loyalty and repeat business.
As our Executive Host/Hostess, you will receive:
- Salary: £40,000 per annum plus generous Service Charge (Up to £46k/annum inc. SC)

We are looking for our Executive Host/Hostess, who:
- Delivers exceptional, personalised service to VIP guests, ensuring their expectations are consistently exceeded
- Actively engage with all guests, the position will uncover individual preferences, build meaningful rapport, and identify valuable business opportunities
- Develops and maintains a comprehensive VIP database for Solaya, which supports guest recognition, loyalty, and tailored experiences.
- Drives business growth through proactive networking, lead generation, and diligent follow-up
- Maintains close collaboration with hotel and outlet management, ensuring seamless VIP experiences and operational excellence, while continuous monitoring of guest feedback and GRI scores informs service enhancements and marketing strategies
- Works in partnership with the Sales team to identify and cultivate relationships with VIPs, group bookings, business partners, and corporate clients, fostering long-term loyalty and repeat business

- Displays a background in Fine Dining Restaurant set-up as an Executive Host/ess or Artistic Director or Creative Director
