Barista (20 hours/week) job vacancy at art’otel London Hoxton
The 26-floor art’otel London Hoxton promises a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals preserved and on public display. With 357 guest bedrooms and suites, 10 Meetings and Events spaces, a lounge, gym and two destination restaurants.

If you possess the finesse honed in bustling high-volume eateries and thrive in the whirlwind of a fast-paced environment, where dreams become reality and memories are etched in gold, then this is your calling.
As our Barista, you will receive:
- Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from £13.04 (minimum contracted rate) to around £15 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked, inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance

As our Barista, you will:
- Take pride in exceeding guests' expectations and be able to anticipate guests' needs and deliver a memorable experience
- Be a passionate and highly motivated Team player with the ability to inspire your team
- Be fully flexible to work in the shifts on a Rota basis, and will be able to start in the morning around 6 am
- Be experienced in Barista, and have basic knowledge in Mixology and Cocktails
- Experience building productive relationships with colleagues within the bar and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience
