As our Assistant Breakfast Manager, you will lead by example, showing the rest of the team how to give our guests a memorable experience.
Park Plaza Riverbank London Hotel is one of our largest hotels with 645 bedrooms with very busy Breakfast operations.
As our Assistant Breakfast Manager, you will receive:

We are looking for our Assistant Breakfast Manager, who:
- Ensures our busy Breakfast Operations run a smooth service that makes guests want to return
- Can inspire, coach and mentor team members
- Passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations
- Understands the Payroll, Rota Management, Costing, Revenue generation, P&L, etc
- Has an overall understanding of Health and Safety protocol and risk management related to the Breakfast Department
- Shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, Care
- Has previous experience as an Breakfast Manager (in a smaller hotel), Assistant Breakfast Manager or Breakfast Team Leader/Supervisor in a busy hotel environment
