Meetings & Events Planning and Operations Manager - Park Plaza Waterloo

Located in the heart of London, Park Plaza London Waterloo offers a versatile and modern meetings and events space, catering to events of up to 150 delegates.

As our Meetings & Events Planning and Operations Manager , you will receive:

We are looking for our Meetings & Events Planning and Operations Manager , who:

  • Expertly plans and coordinates a portfolio of hotel events from start to finish
  • Has solid knowledge of conferences, menus, and supplier coordination
  • Brings Opera experience (Sales & Catering & Rooms) – preferred
  • Communicates all event details to operational teams via BEOs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Builds strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and satisfaction
  • Proactively drives incremental revenue through upselling and creative event solutions
  • Leads pre-event meetings and supports live event delivery with a hands-on approach
  • Ensures accurate billing, deposits, and financial reconciliation post-event
  • Collaborates with internal departments to maintain brand standards and readiness
  • Demonstrates a passion for hospitality and exceptional event experiences

  • Has previous experience in hotel M&E planning or a senior role in a conference agency.
