As our Meetings & Events Planning and Operations Manager , you will receive:

We are looking for our Meetings & Events Planning and Operations Manager , who:
- Expertly plans and coordinates a portfolio of hotel events from start to finish
- Has solid knowledge of conferences, menus, and supplier coordination
- Brings Opera experience (Sales & Catering & Rooms) – preferred
- Communicates all event details to operational teams via BEOs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Builds strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and satisfaction
- Proactively drives incremental revenue through upselling and creative event solutions
- Leads pre-event meetings and supports live event delivery with a hands-on approach
- Ensures accurate billing, deposits, and financial reconciliation post-event
- Collaborates with internal departments to maintain brand standards and readiness
- Demonstrates a passion for hospitality and exceptional event experiences

- Has previous experience in hotel M&E planning or a senior role in a conference agency.
