Hotel Maintenance Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things maintenance—ensuring our hotel operates at peak performance every day. Your mission? To keep our guests safe, comfortable, and impressed by our seamless service.
- Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance—both inside and out.
- Conduct regular spot checks on equipment (HVAC, electrical systems, etc.).
- Handle mechanical maintenance of heaters, ventilation, coolers, and AC units.
- Respond to maintenance requests with professionalism, speed, and a smile.
- Ensure safety standards are met for guests and team members alike.
- Liaise with external contractors and assist where needed.
- Promote a helpful, professional image to guests and colleagues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a hotel? That’s a big plus!
- Solid knowledge of mechanical systems and building maintenance.
- A proactive, responsible attitude—you take ownership of your work.
- Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
- Flexibility with working hours and availability for standby shifts.
