We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Floor Manager to join the pre-opening team of what’s set to become one of Hoxton’s most talked-about culinary destinations in 2025.

Located on the 25th floor of the stunning art’otel London Hoxton, this Michelin Star Chef-led restaurant features a 70-cover dining space and a 110-cover cocktail bar, offering breathtaking 360° panoramic views of London’s skyline.

The menu celebrates the vibrant flavours of Southern French and Mediterranean cuisine — sunshine food for the soul.

Expected start date: 15th July 2025

As our Floor Manager, you will receive:

  • Salary: £32,800 per annum plus Service Charge - Up to £38500/annum (rate inclusive of Service Charge)

We are looking for our Floor Manager, who:

  • Greet guests, seat them, and ensure a positive dining experience
  • Trains, supervises, and motivates team members
  • Monitors stock levels, places orders, and manages wine storage to ensure optimal conditions
  • Oversees daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory, and equipment maintenance
  • Maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation
  • Addresses guest complaints and issues professionally
  • Communicates with kitchen team members, other managers, and external vendors
  • Ensures compliance with food safety regulations, licensing laws, and other relevant regulations
  • Fosters a positive and collaborative work environment and adapts floor staffing based on guest flow and needs

  • Displays a background in Fine Dining Restaurant set-up as a Floor Manager or Senior Team Leader/Supervisor
