Senior Chef de Partie – art’otel London Hoxton
We are recruiting for a Senior Chef de Partie for one of the coolest hotels in Hoxton! Long revered as London’s effortlessly cool cultural core, Hoxton’s hip new resident has hit the scene. The 26-floor art’otel Hoxton promises a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals preserved and on public display. With 357 guest rooms and suites, a lounge, gym and two destination restaurants.
As our Senior Chef de Partie, you will receive:
- Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from £33948 (minimum contracted rate) to £39000 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per year – inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance

As a Master of your Craft, you will …
- You will be working with the team on the planning and development of menus & concepts and display a passionate approach towards the improvement of new methods of service.
- Ideally you will have experience working in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to provide leadership through leading by example, empowering your team, and providing an inspiring service culture.
- Communicate effectively with both our internal and external guests & suppliers (including hotel colleagues)
- Good Knowledge of the Hoxton/Shoreditch food trends
- Apply your knowledge & share best practice regarding quality control, health & safety, efficiency & profitability.
