Hospitality Student Placement Trainee - Full Time 12 months

As a Hospitality Placement Trainee, you’ll gain invaluable experience in hotel operations and play a key role in delivering memorable guest experiences.
During your 1 year placement starting in July or September, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the heart of hotel operations. Your focus will be in one of these key departments:
- Front Office: Assist with front desk operations, from check-ins and check-outs to guest inquiries, helping ensure a seamless arrival and departure for our guests.
- Food & Beverage: Get involved in the action! Take orders, serve meals, and make sure every guest enjoys their dining experience to the fullest.
- Meetings & Events: Play a vital role in coordinating events and conferences, making sure every detail is executed to perfection.
- Housekeeping: Support the housekeeping team in maintaining the pristine cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring comfort for all.
About you:
- Currently at university doing a hospitality related degree.
- Ambitious, adaptable, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.
- Happy to collaborating with a wide variety of teams, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless experience for all guests.
- Able to commute to one of our London hotels, we have properties from art’otel Battersea to Park Plaza Westminster.
