Description of the Company:

Main role and objectives:
During this internship, the student learns to communicate, organize and plan through which a helicopter view is developed. As a trainee at the Recruitment / HR department, you are at the spindle of the hotel.

Job role responsibilities:

  • Managing job sites: werkenineenhotel, hotel professionals, the own career site (via the trainee region) and Attitudeworks.
  • Creating and adjusting of vacancy texts.
  • Reviewing and compiling profiles in consultation with department heads and HR Manager.
  • Scheduling appointments with candidates, inviting and rejecting.
  • Selecting and assessing candidates.
  • Track job emails in both the art'otel Amsterdam and Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam job inbox.
  • Attending job interviews; Manage the entire Recruitment process; Planning & time management about Recruitment.
  • Organizing and Supporting Recruitment Days.
  • Tracking calendars of relevant colleagues.
  • In addition, you support the HR Coordinators and HR Manager for work in and outflow of employees, social policy, training & development and administration.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Independent and socially skilled team player. 
  • Proactive and caring approach and can keep a good overview. 
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing. 
  • Carefully deals with reliable information. 
  • Integer.
  • Independent.
  • Communicative.
  • Flexible.
  • Organized.
  • Hands on mentality.
  • Affinity with the hospitality industry.
  • A good knowledge of Word and Excel. 
  • You are an MBO-4 / HBO student
  • You are a hotel school or human resources management student
