We are recruiting for a Restaurant supervisor for a casual dining, 90 cover, city center to ensure high quality of service in a friendly & efficient manner


Key tasks & responsibilities

  • Support management in running restaurant in line with Company’s standards
  • Perform all tasks to a consistent and correct standard as per Standards of Operational Procedures Manual
  • Welcome and greet all guests in a friendly, professional and sincere manner
  • Ensure all customer requests are responded to promptly and effectively
  • Deal with and report all complaints appropriately
  • Ensure complete knowledge by all staff and yourself of food and beverage service techniques, all Menus, drink lists and specialties offered in the restaurant, bar and room service
  • Ensure all food and beverages are served to the correct standards in a timely fashion
  • Operate Micros computer systems on a managerial level and produce adequate reports at the end of each shift. Handle all types of payment whilst ensuring all F&B items are billed correctly - address any discrepancies immediately
  • Develop, implement and follow cleaning schedules in accordance with Health and Safety Regulations and Company Standards
  • Ensure the reservation book is up-dated and ensure full awareness of customers arriving
  • Hold daily staff briefings
  • Positively promote sales awareness within the department and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Assist with any other duties within the scope and general purpose of the job as designated by the Restaurant Manager

  • Fairly good Financial Knowledge of KPIs and good P&L analysis and management skills
