As Senior OTA Account Manager you'll be responsible for managing relationships with our global OTA partners and monitoring performance to ensure that optimum results are achieved.  You'll be responsible for coordinating with Regional Directors of Revenue and other key commercial team stakeholders to support and achieve targets for individual hotels.  This is a senior role within the corporate commercial function and will expand your responsibilities with extensive presence in a pan-European/International environment.

  • Work closely with our revenue management and CRO teams to analyse and make recommendations regarding detailed forecasts, booking pace, cancelation patterns and pick up trends in parallel with other segmentation needs.
  • Review new partners and recommend any that may suit our markets. Support special projects related to OTA distribution and assist with implementation of new OTA agreements.
  • Continue and enhance existing relationships. Through close account management, understand and make recommendations based on the tactical and strategic objectives the OTA’s engage in to best leverage this to the hotels benefit.
  • Regularly review and audit OTA advertising activity and highlight any instances of contract breech.
  • Understand the marketing opportunities available via the OTA’s and proactively feedback to the hotel commercial teams to conduct promotions based on business needs.
  • Work closely with hotel management teams to feedback any guest satisfaction issues and provide recommendations on how to improve quality scores.
  • Assess and make recommendations to increase conversion.
  • Understand detailed hotel forecasts and in order to help manage availability and promote direct bookings where possible.
  • Monitor, analyse and feedback to the commercial team on any promotional activity that is undertaken by PPHE on OTA channels.

Desirable experiences that we are looking for include:

  • Experience of working in a major OTA brand at account manager level or equivalent.
  • An understanding of sales, the ecommerce environment, online marketing and revenue management.
  • Analytical ability, being able to understand and make commercial recommendations from booking data.
