Main role and objectives:

Reporting to the UK Director of Sales, the Sales Coordinator will provide support to the regional Sales team, supporting with management of accounts, account strategies and assisting the Sales team to achieve their budgets and objectives.


Your responsibilities:

  • Prepare proposals and client agreements, oversee and assist with the rate loading procedure
  • Manage the administration of annual rate renegotiations
  • Manage and update all sales RFP tools
  • Attend sales meetings as required
  • Assist the Sales team by attending FAM trips and client events if required
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by efficiently attending to requests and enquiries
  • Prepare monthly reports and regularly maintain databases


What we are looking for:

  • Someone who enjoys working with others and who would like to progress their career within a Sales department
  • Experience in a similar role within a hospitality environment would be an advantage
  • Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Someone who enjoys working in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment and has a proven track record of responding quickly to changing market conditions.
  • Someone who is great at creating and maintaining positive and productive working relationships across the business, communicating effectively in a range of situations
