Main role and objectives:

As a Reservations Team Leader you will have a key position in the booking experience and stay of our guests. You will support our guests through the booking process and ensure they receive a high quality, personalised service.

Your responsibilities:

- Act as a main point of contact for the Reservations Executives within your team needing assistance

- Monitor your team’s productivity in meeting their objectives and ensure workloads are appropriately distributed

- Proficient in all the facilities and services provided by our hotels

- Proficient in all the booking steps and skills and be able to handle various reservation scenarios

- Spot check and monitor your team’s daily work. Train and develop team members to ensure they are familiar with all necessary processes and service requirements.

What we are looking for:

- A leader who is passionate about engaging, inspiring and developing their team, preferably with experience in a similar Reservations, Front Office or contact centre environment

- Someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment while leading from the front

- Someone who is great at creating and maintaining positive and productive working relationships across the business, communicating effectively in a range of situations

- Exceptional telephone and communication skills, both verbal and written

- Good time management and organisational skills

- IT literacy, preferable but not essential, with experience of packages such as Opera, MS Word etc
