As the Meeting & Events Operations Manager you will be fully responsible for the day to day operations of one of London’s busiest meeting & events destinations.
Your role as the Meeting & Events Operations Manager will entail
- Meticulously coordinate and plan the larger hotel events
- day-to-day running of the department
- Inject fresh new ideas to drive service standards and encourage repeat business
- Engage with Senior Stakeholders on a daily basis
- Pro-actively drive incremental spending on events
- To establish and nurture positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Identify and present ideas to enhance revenue
- Conduct team reviews and develop your team
- Demonstrate your passion for events and excellent hospitality

- With previous meeting & events planning experience in a hotel environment
