The friendly face of the 645 bedrooms Park Plaza Riverbank hotel, we are looking for our Assistant Front of House Manager who under the support and guidance of our Front of House Manager and within the limits of the PPHE Standard Operating Procedures, performs Assistant Head of the Department duties connected to all Front of House areas and to our external, internal and VIP guests. Ensuring guests are satisfied by delivering a high standard of customer service. Ensuring colleagues are satisfied by creating a strong & fair culture. To achieve financial (promoting sales & managing costs) & responsible business goals. Behaving in a consistent manner matching our company values, demonstrating high levels of motivation and engagement. To be knowledgeable in all technical, human, & financial procedures as well as in-depth knowledge of our Property Management System (PMS) – OPERA.
