As Administrator you support the daily maintenance activities carried out by the technical service employees working in our 6 Dutch hotels (brands art'otel and Park Plaza) this support consists of administrative activities.

Besides this daily administrative support you also monitor technical projects by coordinating, managing and executing administrative activities. You will report directly to the Regional Chief Engineer Netherlands, the work can be carried out from an office in the Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam hotel, but can also in consultation partly be performed from home. 

What is included in your role?
  • Organizing and planning of the maintenance support that needs to be delivered in the hotels in the region;
  • Management of received offers, requests for offers and ordering the necessary equipment and materials according to the company policies and procedures;
  • Discuss and liaise with the Regional Chief Engineer regarding alignment with budget, costs and planning of outsourced project and work;
  • Discuss, agree and monitor outsourced projects and work regarding quality, agreed timelines and budget.
  • Supports the administrative work, planning and agenda of the Regional Chief Engineer the Netherlands.
  • Generate reports regarding energy consumption, maintenance requests, legionella reporting, NEN3140, BMC control, sprinkler control, and all other relevant reports upon request;
  • Controlling the planned and actual working hours of the maintenance team in our Dyflexis system.
