We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef:

  • Who is fanatical about standards and genuinely cares about the quality of the food. You can meet the expectations and stay calm under pressure
  • Who can lead, coach and inspire the kitchen and stewarding team on an operational level. You will take full ownership in absence of the Head Chef
  • Who takes the lead in constantly achieving the food safety and hygiene objectives (HACCP)
  • Who is punctual and always aim to improve even more! You know exactly how to take the team along in this ambitious way of thinking
  • Who knows how to constantly exceed our guests’ expectations by creatively compositing the menu. You will assist the Head Chef by creating menus’ and making sure that they are in line with the company standards
  • Who builds excellent relationships with kitchen and service team members to keep everything running smoothly
  • That  shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment and Care
  • With previous experience as a (Junior) Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie and with a strong passion for the Italian culinary culture
