What we are looking for in a (Dutch Speaking) Customer Service Centre Supervisor: 

·       Who has excellent customer service skills and is passionate about exceeding guest expectations

·       At least 1 year experience in a Customer Service Environment

·       Ability to work flexible shift patterns

·       A good level of organisation and the ability to multi task

·       Who is able to work in a fast paced working environment and remain calm under pressure

·       Who can demonstrate experience in complaint handling

·       Who possess a good command of English with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

·       Who has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to connect with others
