How you do it:
- You’ll keep our bar well-stocked and ready to go by maintaining our bar inventory, restocking supplies, from glassware to garnishes to napkins.
- You’ll make sure we always have sufficient levels of alcohol, mixers and other essential ingredients available.
- You’ll support our bartenders in preparing and serving drinks efficiently during peak hours.
- You’ll fetch and carry items as requested, keeping operations flowing smoothly.
- You’ll keep our bar and storage areas clean and organised, including washing glassware and utensils, and dispose of rubbish.
- You’ll polish glassware and make sure everything’s spotless before use, handling it with great care to prevent breakage and maintain a high standard of presentation.
- You’ll help the team in the maintenance of bar equipment, such as blenders, ice makers and draft beer systems.
- You’ll take your cues from the guidance and instructions given by your leadership team.

- You have high standards of customer service, always being attentive to guests' needs and finding ways to go above and beyond.
- You create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.
- You’re quick to report any malfunctioning equipment.
- You’re up to date on all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcoholic beverages, and stick to them carefully.
- You’re knowledgeable about all our hotel policies and procedures related to responsible service of alcohol, following them at every shift.
- You’re a great team player, working collaboratively with bartenders, waitstaff and kitchen staff to keep our workflow coordinated and efficient.
- You take part in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge and are always on the lookout for opportunities for professional growth within the hospitality industry.
