- Manage staff schedules for night shifts.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members on hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Identify training needs and develop plans for individual team member growth and development.
- Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline and improve operational efficiency and guest service.
- Provide exceptional guest service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and courteously.
- Oversee night room service operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Perform administrative tasks, including shift reports, incident reports, and daily logs.
- Conduct safety checks throughout the hotel to ensure guest and staff safety.
- Act as the primary point of contact in case of emergencies, including fire alarms, medical emergencies, and security incidents.
- Oversee the hotel's evacuation procedures in case of emergency.
- Guest-oriented: Possess a strong customer service focus with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
- Representative: Represent the hotel brand professionally and positively to all guests and staff.
- Independent: Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible: Demonstrate strong accountability and a high level of responsibility for the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
- Front Office Experience: Prior experience in hotel front office operations, including guest registration, check-in/check-out procedures, and reservations.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving Skills: Ability to effectively identify and resolve guest issues and operational challenges.
- Organizational & Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Supervisory Experience: Prior experience supervising a team of employees.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using hotel property management systems (PMS) and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of Hotel Operations: In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and security procedures.
