As a Front Office Host(ess):
- You will provide a warm welcome and smooth arrival and departure experience for our guests
- To add the extra Park Plaza touch, you will also build up knowledge of the local area, its amenities, and tourist attractions.
- You will be empowered to personalise guest stays and upsell hotel facilities and rewards programmes.
- You can also make an impact through contributing to wider hotel initiatives and proactively identifying improved ways of working.
