Main role and objectives:

As a Public Area Team Leader at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel you will have a key position in the success of the public area cleanliness at our hotel. You will provide efficient and courteous assistance to our team members, work closely with the leadership team, assisting with the daily running of the Housekeeping department and present and manage public areas to high standards.

 Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately Allocate areas of responsibilities for all public area team during day, evening and night time
  • Supervise and train staff to deliver and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in public areas whilst adhering to Health and Safety Regulations.
  • Organise Day/ Evening  work requirements and set required standards against which work will be checked
  • Manage special request, complaints or feedback from guests or a member of management and ensure they are dealt with in a timely and cost effective manner
  • Work closely with housekeeping managers and liaise with relevant department, in a timely fashion, to ensure that the guests expectations are consistently met and where possible exceeded
