Main role and objectives:

As PR & Marketing Executive you will support the UK Marketing Manager in the effective execution of all marketing and public relations tactics in the UK region, as well as acting as a liaison between all departments to effectively communicate the region’s ongoing strategies via public relations, marketing and advertising promotions.


Your responsibilities:

  • Assist the regional Marketing & PR team with creating yearly goals, tracking progress of those goals and presenting results
  • Maintain and manage the region’s PR & Marketing Plan
  • Communication, tracking and distribution of PR & Marketing efforts and expenses
  • Actively participate in Marketing, PR and Operational meetings where required and take minutes when appropriate
  • Actively participate in partner meetings where required and communicate region’s messaging to stakeholders
  • Worke closely with the company’s Corporate Marketing Team to ensure all messaging and initiatives are in line with the Brand’s strategy and standards


What we are looking for:

This role would be suited to a creative, flexible individual who has a high degree of drive and self motivation, and who gets a buzz out of achieving their goals at work.


  • Someone with previous experience working in PR and Marketing, and who preferably has experience within a hotel or travel environment
  • Someone who is proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and PhotoShop
  • The candidate will have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal with strong interpersonal skills illustrating an ability to work effectively alongside colleagues.
  • Understanding of contemporary graphic design
  • Most importantly, the candidate will have a passion for the brand and the hospitality industry and translate this energy into a positive approach, which supports the PR & Marketing team to champion all communications of the hotels to all stakeholders.
