Description of the Company:

Main role and objectives:


  • To give full administrative support to the General Manager and Operations manager, liaising with all relevant stakeholders including guests, suppliers, team members and owners.
  • Co-ordinate internal meetings, preparing content for slides as necessary.
  • Manage all social media channels for the hotel liaising with the Regional PR and Marketing team and ensuring relevant information is posted on a weekly basis.
  • Liaison with E Commerce to work on maximising SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) for the hotel.
  • Actively review online content, particularly 3rd party sites, to ensure it is relevant, up to date and designed to promote the hotel and facilities.
  • Monitor TripAdvisor/Revinate and work with Guest Relations Managers to ensure posts are responded to in the correct way and in a timely manner.



We are looking for


  • Experience of web/internet marketing channels
  • A keen eye for detail and effective in judging quality
  • Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint
  • Excellent ability to accurately compose, edit and proof English script material
