Main role and objectives:

As Kitchen Coordinator at Park Plaza London Riverbank you will be essential in providing administrative support to the Executive Chef and Head Chef.

Your responsibilities:

  • Complete administrative task, as set out by the Executive and Sous Chef. These administrative tasks can include
  • Oversee and manager the email communications of the kitchen areas, and respond accordingly within the necessary time-frames
  • Support the Executive Chef and Sous chef with attendance and deputizing at key meetings.
  • The Kitchen Co-ordinator must be able to coordinate and communicate effectively with all levels of team members within the hotel and Company.
  • Assist the Back of House team with the collation of data and information for the monthly and annual stock takes
    What we are looking for:
  • Someone who is great at creating and maintaining positive and productive working relationships across the business, communicating effectively in a range of situations
  • Someone who enjoys working in a fast paced working environment
  • Someone with fantastic organisational skills and have the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient IT Skills – Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook experience is desired
  • Someone who has the ability to multi task and work on a number of projects simultaneously
